Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Sangse (hereinafter "Company") and users in relation to the AI-based product detail page generation service (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

"Company" refers to Sangse, which provides the AI-based product detail page generation service.

"User" refers to members and non-members who receive services provided by the Company under these Terms.

"Member" refers to a person who has registered by providing personal information to the Company and can continuously use the services provided by the Company.

"AI-Generated Content" refers to digital content such as text, images, and layouts automatically generated through the Company's artificial intelligence technology.

Article 3 (Service Provision)

The Company provides the following services:

AI-based automatic product detail page generation
Various templates and design options
Real-time editing and preview features
Export to various formats
Generation history management and storage

Article 4 (Rights to AI-Generated Content)

Rights to AI-generated content are as follows:

Copyright of content generated through the service belongs to the user.
The Company may analyze patterns of generated content for service improvement purposes.
Users may freely use generated content for commercial purposes.
However, content cannot be used for illegal purposes or to infringe on others' rights.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

Entering content that infringes on others' personal information, copyrights, or other rights
Generating illegal or inappropriate content
Interfering with the stable operation of the service
Using the service commercially without prior consent from the Company
Other activities that violate relevant laws and regulations

Article 6 (Service Fees)

Service fees are as follows:

Basic services are provided free of charge.
Additional fees may apply for premium features.
Fees are announced in advance, and 30 days' notice is given for any changes.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable in the following cases:

Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
Disputes with third parties arising from user-generated content
Service interruption due to natural disasters, war, or other force majeure
Damages caused by user's intentional or negligent actions

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction.

Article 9 (Miscellaneous)

Matters not specified in these Terms and interpretation of these Terms shall follow relevant laws or commercial practices.
