Terms of Service

"Company" refers to Sangse, which provides the AI-based product detail page generation service.

"User" refers to members and non-members who receive services provided by the Company under these Terms.

"Member" refers to a person who has registered by providing personal information to the Company and can continuously use the services provided by the Company.

"AI-Generated Content" refers to digital content such as text, images, and layouts automatically generated through the Company's artificial intelligence technology.

The Company provides the following services:

• AI-based automatic product detail page generation
• Various templates and design options
• Real-time editing and preview features
• Export to various formats
• Generation history management and storage

Rights to AI-generated content are as follows:

• Existing rights in uploaded materials remain with their rights holders. Generated content may be used subject to applicable law and third-party rights; copyright protection and exclusivity of AI-generated material are not guaranteed.
• The Company processes inputs and outputs as necessary to provide requested generation, editing, and storage services. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
• Users may freely use generated content for commercial purposes.
• However, content cannot be used for illegal purposes or to infringe on others' rights.

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

• Entering content that infringes on others' personal information, copyrights, or other rights
• Generating illegal or inappropriate content
• Interfering with the stable operation of the service
• Misusing another person’s account or bypassing access controls
• Other activities that violate relevant laws and regulations

Service fees are as follows:

• Free allowances, paid prices, usage limits, and credit conditions are shown on the pricing and checkout pages.
• Subscriptions and credit purchases proceed after you review the amount, billing cycle, and conditions shown at Polar checkout.
• Fees are announced in advance, with 30 days’ notice of changes. Changes requiring consent by law follow the applicable consent process.
• Cancellation and refund inquiries can be submitted through account subscription management or our contact email. Cancellation and refunds of past charges are separate; statutory withdrawal and refund rights apply. Starting delivery of digital content does not automatically exclude all refund rights.

AI-generated content may contain errors. Users should verify product facts, advertising claims, and rights before publishing. The following limitations do not exclude liability for the Company’s intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded by law:

• Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
• Disputes with third parties arising from user-generated content
• Service interruption due to natural disasters, war, or other force majeure
• Damages caused by user's intentional or negligent actions
